Director of Marketing
Build the communications and marketing infrastructure for Avant.Dev at the intersection of gallery, tech consulting, and UN/ITU institutional advocacy. Lead brand, press, social, newsletter strategy, events communications, and collector/client acquisition funnels.

requirements
- 5+ years marketing leadership in gallery, cultural institution, or consultancy context
- Deep understanding of art market communications and institutional positioning
- Press relations: national and international media (print, digital, broadcast)
- Newsletter + email strategy (quality-over-volume approach)
- Strong editorial voice in English and Spanish
- Experience with Plausible/PostHog analytics (or similar privacy-first tools)
nice to have
- Understanding of UN/ITU institutional communications
- Artsy + art fair marketing experience
- LinkedIn institutional presence strategy
- Portfolio covering gallery openings, art fairs, policy communications
Finance · Full-time · Mexico City / Remote
Director of Finance
Lead the financial infrastructure of Avant.Dev — art sales reconciliation, consulting revenue, international payments, compliance with Mexican tax law (RFC, SAT, UIF), and financial reporting for institutional partners including IMF, WBG, and IDB.

requirements
- 5+ years financial leadership in cultural, creative, or professional services industries
- Deep knowledge of Mexican fiscal law (SAT, RFC, LFPIORPI, UIF)
- Experience with multi-currency operations (MXN, USD, GBP)
- Stripe, banking API, and payment reconciliation competence
- English + Spanish (working proficiency in both)
- AML/KYC awareness for high-value art transactions
nice to have
- Experience with UK/EU financial compliance (MLR 2017, GDPR)
- Art market financial experience
- Familiarity with ITU / UN stakeholder reporting frameworks
