Artist profile terms (v1.0)
1. Data provided: name, contact details, primary medium, portfolio book (statement, biography, CV, works with images).
2. Ownership: you keep every right in your images and texts. Uploading grants Avant.Dev only what is needed to store and display the book to you, to the public if you make it public, and to the gallery if you share it.
3. Sharing: a shared book is reviewed for representation; it can be unshared at any time from the account.
4. Representation: any representation agreement is a separate written contract.
5. Retention and rights: portfolio data is kept while the account exists; access, correction, deletion and portability under LFPDPPP, UK GDPR and EU GDPR (subject: DSAR).
