As a consulting client you share your organisation, contact details, project briefs and documents. They are used only to deliver the engagement and are visible to your assigned team; invoices and payments are recorded on the project.

Client profile terms (v1.0)
1. Data provided: name, organisation, contact details, project type, briefs, documents and correspondence.
2. Purpose: delivering the consulting engagement — phases, deliverables, updates, shared documents, invoices and payment records.
3. Confidentiality: project materials are visible only to the assigned client users and the Avant.Dev team; internal notes are never shown to clients.
4. Payments: the project-initiation deposit is charged through Stripe and credited against the project fee; the engagement itself is governed by its written proposal.
5. Retention and rights: project records 7 years (accounting); access, correction, deletion and portability under LFPDPPP, UK GDPR and EU GDPR (subject: DSAR).
